Multidisciplinary team formed by doctors, pediatrician and primary care nurse, physiotherapist, psychologist, psycho-pedagogue-speech therapist. Presented different communications in national and international congresses in the field of Family Medicine, Nursing, Geriatrics, Psychiatry and the IAA; and several publications in scientific journals.
